Ingredients

-	1 1/2 c. oil
-	4 c. chopped apples
-	1 c. raisins
-	2 c. sugar
-	3 eggs
-	1 tsp. vanilla
-	1 c. chopped nuts
-	3 c. flour
-	1 tsp. soda

-	1 tsp. salt
-	1 tsp. cinnamon
-	1 tsp. allspice


Instructions


Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add flour,soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice. Add nuts, apples and raisins. Mox well. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
