     Nut Goodie Bars

Ingredients
12 ounce chocolate chips
12 ounce butterscotch chips
2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup vanilla pudding - not instant
2 pounds sifted powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp maple flavoring
2 cups spanish peanuts
 

Instructions
Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Spread 1/2 of mixture in jelly roll pan and refrigerate. Keep other half of mix covered and over warm water.
Cook butter, evaporated milk and vanilla pudding. Boil 1 minute, then add powdered sugar and maple flavoring. Spread the mixture over chocolate in jelly roll pans. To the remaining chocolate add peanuts and spread over top of other two layers. Refrigerate
