Bottom Layer:
Mix together until blended the graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powder sugar and the melted butter, pack into a 9 x 13 pan, press down until smooth.
Top Layer:
Melt the chocolate chips and butter in microwave until creamy and spread on top evenly. Chill to set up.
