     Easy Enchiladas

Ingredients
Flour Tortillas
1 lg can enchilada sauce
Ground beef
onions
shredded cheese
olives
sour cream (optional)
 

Instructions
Brown your ground beef & onions Drain fat, and place back into pan Add about half a cup of Enchilada sauce to the meat. In a 9 x 13 pan coat the bottom with a little enchilada sauce.
Warm your tortillas if you want, and place a spoonful of ground beef mix in the center of the tortilla, Add a little cheddar cheese to the top, and fold the tortilla, place in the pan. Repeat the steps until the meat is gone.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. On top of the enchiladas,pour the remaining enchilada sauce over & put remaining cheese on top, and sliced black olives. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serving Suggestions
Garnish with sour cream (Optional)
