Make a batch of Man To (Snow White Steamed Bread):
Combine Yeast, 1/4 C Warm Water & 1/2 Tbsp Sugar in Large Bowl;
Let stand untill spongy (about 10 min).
Add remaining Milk & Water, Peanut Oil, Sugar & Salt. Blend well.
Stir in 3 1/2 C Flour and knead, adding remaining flour untill dough is smooth & firm. Brush top of dough with Vegetable Oil. Cover with clean, wet dish towel. Let stand in warm area untill double in size.
(45-60 min)
Punch down dough and let stand a few more minutes. Turn dough onto lightly floured bread board and knead.
When smooth again, divide into 2 parts; then divide each part into 10-12 pieces.
Cut each egg in half, then 4, making 8 pieces. Flatten a piece of dough, place a tsp of BBQ Pork in center, place a piece of egg on top, and close dough over top, pinching to seal. Place on piece of waxed paper, 3" x 3", pinched side down. When finished, place a wet towel over them and let rise. About 1 1/2 Hours.
Place 6 or 7 pieces in steamer. Steam over boiling water for 15 minutes.
