     Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1 box Lime or Lemon Jello
1 cup Hot Water
1 small can pineapple (crushed)
1 small container of cottage cheese
1 cup Cool Whip
2 cups small marshmellows
Grated cheddar cheese
Pecan - optional
 
Instructions
Prepare jello with 1 cup of hot water. Add 2 cups of marshmellows while hot.
When jello starts to set, add can of pineapple and juice, cottage cheese and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Add pecans if desired.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
