     Imo Daily Salad

Ingredients
1 orange jello mix
1 lemon jello mix
3 cups hot water
2 Tbl lemon juice
2 cans crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
Dressing:
1 cup pineapple juice
 
2 Tbl flour
3 Tbl butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 pint whipped cream
Grated cheese on top
Instructions
Mix together jello and hot water with lemon juice.
Drain pineapple and reserve juice for dressing. Add oranges and pineapple to jello when it starts to set.
Make dressing and fold into jello mixture.
Spread grated cheese on top.
