     perfect pizza crust

Ingredients
2 pk yeast
2/3 C. warm water
2 t. white sugar
2 C. cold water
3 T. oil
2 T. white sugar
1/4 t. garlic salt
1 t. salt
1/2 t. dry oregano
 
6 1/2 - 7 C. flour

Instructions
combine: yeast, warm water and sugar. let sit 5 minutes or until fluffy
combine: cold water, oil, sugar, garlic salt, salt and oregano. add 3 C flour and mix until soupy. add yeast mixture. then add remaining flour and knead dough until it is elastic in texture.
grease a large mixing bowl and turn dough to coat. place a damp paper towel over the dough and let it rise until doubled in size (approx 1 hour)
take desired amount of dough and roll out to cover your pizza pan. prick with a fork in serveral spots to keep it from "bubbling" let rise for about 15-20 minutes. and top with your favorite toppings.
