     Orange Pie

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup self rising flour
2 small 4oz. instant coconut pudding
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbl melted margerine, more if needed
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 to 2 cups chopped pecans
1 egg, beaten
FILLING:
 
1 can manderine oranges, drained (optional)
1 pint sour cream
1-12 oz cool whip
2 cans easge condensed milk
1 cup Tang

Instructions
For Crust: Mix all ingredients together and press into 9x13in dish or 2-9in pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
For Filling: Mix together sour cream, cool whip condensed milk and tang. Top with Mandarine oranges, if desired.
Refrigerate for 24 hours
