Mix all ingredients together, except crabmeat.
|
|
|
Blend in crabmeat and cover and form into cakes. (if using as an appetizer, form smaller cakes, if using for as main dish, form larger cakes)

|
Refrigerate for one hour before cooking.
|
|
|
Pan fry in hot oil 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
