     Fat Crab Crab Cakes

Ingredients
8 oz of crabmeat
1 egg - beaten
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2/3 teaspoon of Old Bay
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2/3 teaspoon of yellow mustard
1/3 cup of bread crumbs
2/3 teaspoon of chopped parsley
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, except crabmeat.
Blend in crabmeat and cover and form into cakes. (if using as an appetizer, form smaller cakes, if using for as main dish, form larger cakes)
Refrigerate for one hour before cooking.
Pan fry in hot oil 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions
Serve Immediately as an Appetizer or Main Dish
