     Lobster Sauce

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 cup of dry white wine
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 1/2 oz of lobster flakes
 

Instructions
Melt butter, stir in flour for 30 seconds. Stir in wine, then boil, stirring constantly.
Stir in cream, salt, and pepper. Add lobster flakes and heat, do not boil.
Makes 1 3/4 cups
Serving Suggestions
Serve over seafood or fish
