Category   Breakfast - Brunch
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
3 eggs, well beaten
2 C. Milk (we omit the milk and add about 1/2C. creamer and about 2 C. water works just fine )
can even used flavored creamer,
4 C. Flour
1/3 C. Sugar (we added 1/2 C sugar one time and it was great too)
1 t Salt
2 t. Baking Powder
1 T vanilla

Yoou can also add a Tabelspoon of Chinese Five Spice tastes great.

Instructions
Begin heating oil. It should be about 1 inch deep. I make one at a time in a small frying pan. Oil should be hot enough that water will skip on top when a drop is droped in Measure all dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside
mix milk and eggs together, beat well. Gradually add to flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Should be about the consistancy of pancake batter.
Have a funnel with a medium opening and put your finger covering the opening. pour about a half cup of batter into funnel. When you have the funnel over the hot oil move finger. I have found that moving the funnel like you are making a flower design is the best. You put a center then move it like you are drawing petals. Making petals in layers out from the first. Do this until all batter is gone from funnel.
When one side is brown. Turn and brown other side. Remove to paper towels and sprinkel with powder sugar. Enjoy
Serving Suggestions
You can cover with apple or cherry pie topping
