Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
|
|
|
|
Seperate the egg white. Add the sugar and spices to the eggwhite and beat with fork.
|
|
|
|
In large bowl, pour in mixed nuts. Pour egg mixture over nuts and stir with wooden spoon to coat well.
|
|
|
|
Spread nuts on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Stir and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Cool and serve. Store in airtight container.
