     Chandy's meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lb ground chuck
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs or 3 slices white bread (I used Ritz)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
1 T prepared horseradish
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 T Worcestershire sauce
 
1/2 to 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 T prepared horseradish
1 tsp brown mustard

Instructions
Combine ground chuck with 10 ingredients Mix well and place in GREASED loaf pan
Combine sauce ingredients. Pour 1/2 of sauce mixture over meatloaf. After 1 hour of cooking, pour remaining of sauce on top and cook and additional 15 minutes
350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes
