     Tangy Roundsteak

Ingredients
8 peices cubed round steak
1 cup ranch salad dressing
2 tablespoons slat
2 tablespoons pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons cooking oil
 

Instructions
Place round steak in ungreased pan. Pour ranch dressing over round steak until it is completely covered. Cover in plastic wrap and chill in the rerigerator for at least 4 hours.
Combine salt and pepper together. Sprinkle both sides of roundsteak. Dredge steak in flour ad fry for 8 minutes on each side, or until flour batter is golden brown.
