2 Lbs of Beef Chuck, Cubed
|
|
1 t Worchestershire Sauce
|
|
1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
|
|
1/2 t. salt
|
|
1/2 t. pepper
|
|
1/2 t. Paprika
|
|
1 1/2 cups beef broth
|
|
1/2 garlic clove, minced
|
|
1 bay leaf
|
|
|
|
4 carrots, sliced
|
|
2 onions, chopped
|
|
1 rib clery, sliced
|
|
3 potatoes, diced
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Place meat in slow cooker.
|
|
|
Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika.
Stir into meat until coated.
|
|
|
Add remaining ingredents, mix well.
|
|
|
Cover.
Cook on low 10-12 hours, or high at 4-6 hours.
Stir before serving.
