Fry bacon, onions, and mushrooms on medium heat until bacon is crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet and wipe out with paper towel.
Beat cream cheese, dressing, and flour in small saucepan until well blended. Gradually add milk until well blended.
Add bacon mixture and cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Drain pasta, return to saucepan. Add sauce mixture, toss to coat. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with parsley and grated Parmesan.
