2 oz. firm textured bread, stale, torn into pieces
1 stick salted butter, room temperature
1/2 tsp. worcheshire sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 tbl. chopped parsley
1 med. shallot, minced
36 large shrimp, shelled, deveined
Instructions
In electric blender, crumble bread cubes to make bread crumbs. With electric mixer, mix butter, worcheshire sauce and hot sauce. Add garlic, parsley and shallot. Blend. Add bread crumbs. Blend to distribute evenly. Scrape into plastic wrap, form 6" log. Wrap well, place in fridge.
Preheat oven 450˚. Arrange shrimp in large oval gratin dish. Dividing evenly, slice butter mixture, placing butter discs over shrimp. Bake shrimp 10-12 minutes until browned.
