     Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 pkg (10oz) frozen spinach
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 jar (12oz) marinated artichoke hearts
1 jar (7oz) roasted peppers, drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Thaw spinach, squeeze excess liquid. Set aside
In food processor, combine cream chese, sour cheese and undrained artichoke hearts. Pulse until blended. Add drained peppers & Parmesan; pulse until fairly smooth
Transfer into 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Stir in drained thawed spinach. Microwave at High for 7 min until heated through and bubbly around edges. Stir
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crackers or bread cubes
