     Bean Pasta Soup

Servings   4-5 large cups

8 oz. Ditalini Pasta (2 cups uncooked)
3 slices Bacon (I use 12 oz Sausage Sage flavor)
1 lg celery stalks sliced thin
1 small onion chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 can chicken broth
1 can Petite cut tomatoes
1 1/2 cups water
1 can cannellini beans drain and rinse
1/4 cup parsley chopped fine
1/4 cup grated Romano - Parm cheese

Cook pasta, set aside add rinsed beans. Cook bacon & sausage. Add veggies & tomato & broth Heat & cook until veg are tender. Add pasta bean & parsley. Serve w/Romano cheese. I got Barilla Mini Penne - couldn't find another pasta. It was great.
