Saute onions in butter. Stir in flour & water. Cook until thickened.
|

|
|
Blend in cheese. Add broccoli & eggs.
|
|
|
|
Put in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Cover with cracker crumbs (optional) & dot with butter.
|
|
|
|
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
