     Apple Whipped Cream

Ingredients
1 c Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Abstract
2 T Cider Syrup Reduced from 1 cup Apple Cider
 
Instructions
In a small sauce pan over medium to medium-high heat, bring apple cider to a low bowl. When cider has reduced to syrup, remove from heat.
Combine syrup with remaining ingredients and whip together until well blended.
Refrigerate until served.
