     El Dorado Casserole

Ingredients
1-1 1/2 lbs of good ground beef
2 tbls instant dry onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz )
1 can chopped ripe olives
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 can green chilis
 
2 cups grated longhorn cheese
Broken tortilla chips for topping

Instructions
Fry beef and drain. Add garlic & onion, tomato sauce & olives, salt and pepper to taste. In bowl combine sour cream, cheese & chilis. In bottom of 2 1/2 qt casserole layer crushed chips, half the meat and sauce mixture, half the the cream mix and half the cheese. Repeat for next layer. End with some chips and cheese for topping. Bake covered 30 min at 350, then uncover and bake for 20 min more. Let stand for 10 min. Enjoy!
