     PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
2 CANS PINEAPPLE CHUNKS (DRAINED)
2/3 CUPS SUGAR
5 TSP FLOUR
1 1/2 - 2 CUPS SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR
1 SLEEVE RITZ CRACKERS
1 STICK OF REAL BUTTER
 

Instructions
SPRAY A CASSEROLE DISH WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. MIX SUGAR AND FLOUR TOGETHER, AND THEN SPRINKLE EVENLY OVER PINEAPPLE . SPRINKLE LAYER OF CHEESE OVER THE PINEAPPLE MIXTURE. CRUSH THE CRACKERS AND SPREAD ON TOP OF CHEESE. MELT STICK OF BUTTER AND DRIZZLE OVER THE CRACKER TOPPING. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES, SERVE WARM
