     Taco Tot Cassarole

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb ground sausage
2 packets taco seasoning
1 can corn drained
1 can refried beans
1 can ranchero tomato soup
1 can nacho cheese or pepperjack soup
1/2 green and red bell pepper
1/2 cup salsa
 
Tator tots enough to cover top of cassarole dish
2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions
Brown ground beef and sausage. Add 2 packets taco seasoning, corn, refried beans, ranchero tomatoes, nacho soup, peppers and salsa; mix well.
Pour meat mixture in the bottom of a cassarole dish. Cover with shredded cheese. Top with plenty of Tator Tots. If desired cover that also with shredded cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until tator tots are golden brown.
Serving Suggestions
This can be adjusted and combined with different things.
