     Oven Roasted Baby Red Potatoes

Ingredients
Approximately 1 lb. Baby Red Potatoes
2 Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Flour
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Wash and half potatoes. Place half of the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle olive oil on them, coat well. Place second half of potatoes in the same bowl, drizzle with the other Tablespoon of oil, coat well.
In a large zip lock bag, combine salt, pepper onion powder, garlic powder and flour. Add, the potatoes close bag tightly and shake gently until all the potatoes are coated with the mixture.
Place potatoes on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 30 minutes or until done (Fork will go through when done)
Melt a little butter with parsley optional and enjoy. VERY GOOD :D

Make with a ham or any other meat dish.
