     Brussel Sprouts with Bacon-Horseradish Cream

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. Brussel Sprouts
1/4 cup bacon pieces
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
 

Instructions
Place a steamer basket in large saucepan. Add 1" water, bring to a boil. Put Brussel Sprouts in basket and steam until tender 6-8 minutes.
Mix bacon, sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add Brussel Sprouts, toss to coat.
