butter 10" pie plate. slice apples in plate to fill
|

|
|
sprinkle with 1/4 c. sugar and top with cinnamon
|
|
|
|
add beaten egg to flour mixture until crunchy.spread over apples and add cooled butter on top.
|
|
|
|
bake at 375' until apples are soft and topping is brown.
