Ingredients
3 c sugar
4 eggs
1c. oil
2 c pumpkin
3 1/3 c flour
2/3 c water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
 
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp baking soda
1c nuts
1 cup raisins
Instructions
cream sugar, eggs,oil. add pumpkin and water. add dry ingredients. add nuts & raisins
bake in lightly greases loaf pan
bake at 350' for 1 hr & 15 min.
