Apple Cider

Ingredients
-
 1 gallon apple cider
-
 20 whole cloves
-
 1 tsp. allspice
-
 1 washed orange
-
 3 long (10"-12") cinnamon sticks
-
 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
 
Instructions
Stick whole cloves into orange.
Place allspice and brown sugar in a coffee filter and gather round with a rubber band or kitchen twine to create something almost like a tea bag.
Pour cider into a stock pot and add all the other ingredients.
Bring cider to a boil and simmer for at least 20 minutes before serving.
