Pan fry hamburger patties about 3/4 way done. Drain patties and place in a casserole dish. In a separate bowl, combine soups, mushrooms, and evaporated milk, stirring until smooth.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until patties are done. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
