|
Wash and core the apples. Place the apples in a mocro wave safe baking dish.

|
|
Fil each apple with brown sugar. Top each apple with a dab of butter. Sprinkle the top of each apple with cinnamon. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap
|

|
|
Microwave the apples for 5 minutes on HIGH POWER. Reduce the time for fewer apples,( about 1 minute 30 seconds for 1 apple)
|
|
|
|
Place each apple in a dessert bowl and spoon the syrup from the baking dish over the top of each apple and place ice cream aside it.
