     Creole Rolls

Ingredients
Frozen homemade bread
1 pound bulk pork sausage
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
 

Instructions
Let bread defrost and rise. Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until tender. Add pork, beef, and seasonings; cook until brown; drain. Pinch a handful of dough; roll into a 6" circle. Place a large spoonful of meat mixture in center of dough; shape dough around meat until it forms a ball. Place rolls in a vegetable sprayed muffin tin; bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
