5 C cubed potatoes, cooked

1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into small cubes (kielbasa)

2 C shredded cheddar DIVIDED

1/4 c onion, chopped

1/8 tsp pepper

1/3 Italian or Ranch salad dressing

Instructions |

|
|
Combine everything EXCEPT dressing and mix well. Add dressing and mix. Pour into 8" lightly greased casserole.

Cover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Sprinkle with remaining 1 C cheese and bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
