     Dijon-Garlic Glaze

Ingredients
3 tbl. dijon mustard
2 tbl. honey
1/4 fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
 

Instructions
After cleaning shrimp, skewer on soaked, wooden skewers. Combine all ingredients, except for shrimp, stir with whisk. Brush one side of shrimp with mixture. Grill for two minutes. Turn shrimp, brush with glaze and cook two minutes or until shrimp are done. Serves 4.
