Ingredients
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano
1 Garlic Clove - Crushed
1 c Taco Sauce
2 T Cider Vinegar
1/2 c Butter - Melted
1 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 c Green Chilis - Chopped
 
44 oz Cheddar Cheese - Grated
1 c Sour Cream
6 - 7 Flour Tortillas
1 1/2 c Lettuce - Shredded

Instructions
Cook beef, garlic and spices until the meat looses pink color. Stir in 1/2 cup of the taco sauce, cider vinegar, green chilis and 1/4 cup of the sour cream. Once combined, remove from heat and cool.
Dip tortillas in melted butter. Place approximately 1/3 cup filling in center of tortilla and fold envelope style. Place seam-side down on ungreased baking pan.
Bake uncovered in 500 degree oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and return to oven until the cheese melts.
Top with sour cream, sauce and lettuce.
