     Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 c Minute Rice - Prepared by Box Directions
1 Package Frozen Broccoli - Prepared by Box Directions
3/4 Stick Butter or Margarine
1/2 c Onion - Chopped
1/2 c Celery - Chopped
1 Small Jar Cheez-Whiz
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
 
Instructions
In large pan, at medium to medium-high heat, combine butter, onion, celery, Cheez-Whiz and soup. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add broccoli and rice to mixture. Cook until thickened.
