     Apple Crisp II

Ingredients
5 c thinly sliced apples
1/2 c white sugar
1-1/2 tsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c water
1/2 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp baking powder
 
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 c melted butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place the sliced apples in a 9x13 pan. Mix the white sugar, 1T flour and ground cinnamon together, and sprinkle over apples pour water evenly over all.
Combine the oates, 1 c. flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with rum raisin cie cream, vanilla ice cream or a big dollop of freshly whipped cream
