3 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups zucchini, shredded

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions |

Mix together sugar, eggs, and cooking oil.
|

Place in large bowl, the following: flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.

Add wet mixture to dry mixture. Add vanilla, zucchini, and chopped nuts.
|
|
|
|
Grease and flour 2 large loaf pans (or 3 medium loaf pans.) Bake in a 350 F oven for 1 hour.
