Rolls:
Beat eggs and sugar until pale yellow. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well and pour into well greased and flour jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake in a 375 F oven for 15 minutes.
Filling:
Mix together all softened ingredients. Sprinkle paper towels with confectioners sugar. Roll towel and cake together and let cool for 45-60 minutes. Unroll, fill with filling, and re-roll.
Put in refrigerator for a day.
