     Tusan Chicken and Beans

Ingredients
1 spring rosemary / 3/4 tsp dry
1 pound chicken tenderloins
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 19 oz can cannellini beans (undrained)
1 c chicken broth
2 TBSP chopped sun dried tomatoes
2 TBSP cornstarch
1/4 c water
 

Instructions
Finely chop rosemary; cut chicken into pieces. Wash hands. Preheat pan, coat with cooking spray. Add chicken, sprinkle with rosemary, salt, pepper. Cook 2-3 min.
Stir in beans, broth, tomatoes. Stir cornstarch and water together and slowly add to pan. Keep stirring. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 5-7 min.
