     Spinach and Swiss Quiche

Ingredients
1 can (4.5 oz) biscuits (flaky)
1 package (8 oz) swiss cheese - cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs beaten
1/2 teaspoons salt
dash of pepper
1 package (10 oz) spinach, cooked and drained
 

Instructions
In a 9 in. pie plate, form crust with biscuits. Toss cheese with flour.
Combine milk, eggs and seasonings. Combine cheese mixture and spinach with milk, eggs, and seasonings.
Place in pie plate.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
