     Portuguese Eggs

Ingredients
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 lb brown and serve sausage
6 slices bread, torn to bite size
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
fresh mushrooms
3/4 cup dry vermouth
 

Instructions
Mix together mushroom soup, mushrooms, and vermouth. Brown sausage. Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray.
Spread bread on bottom of pan. Mix together eggs, cheese, mustard, and milk. Add sausage. Pour over bread.
Pour mushroom soup/vermouth mixture over all.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until firm.
