     Cheesy Bread Squares

Ingredients
1/2 c. mayo
1 T. dry ranch dressing mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
12 slices firm white bread
1/4 c. red pepper strips
1/4 c. gr. pepper strips
 
Instructions
Preheat broiler
Combine mayo and salad dressing. Add cheeses; mix well
cut bread with cookie cutters, shapes of your choice or into squares. Spread with 1T. cheese spread. Decorate with peppers. Place on baking sheet
Broil 4" from heat 2-3 min or until bubbly
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm...Try other flavors of cheese too.
