     Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
2 cans crm. chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 med onion chopped (I use 4-5 green onions)
1 small can of chopped green chilies
1 small can of chopped ripe olives
3/4 cup sour cream
1 sml pkg of corn tortillas
2 cups grated longhorn or cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Heat all ingre up to the tortillas. Do not boil. Then add torn tortillas to mix. Spray pam in 2 qt. cassarole, add layer of mix and then cheese. Repeat 2 more times, end up w/cheese on top. Bake 350 covered for 1/2 hour - uncover and bake 15 min more. Let sit for 10 min. If desired you can add 1-2 cups of chicken to the mix.
