2 c Cooked Sausage - Drained on Paper Towels and Crumbled
1 1/2 c Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Grated
1 1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese - Grated
1 Package (4 oz) Ranch-Style Dressing Mix
1 Can (2.5 oz) Black Olives - Chopped
1/2 c Red Bell Pepper - Finely Chopped
1 Package Wonton Wrappers - Cut into Quarters

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For filling, combine sausage, cheese, dressing mix, olives and bell pepper in large bowl and mix well. (Filling can be prepared a day in advance, covered, and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before using.)
Lightly rub miniature muffin tins with olive oil. Press wonton wrapper in each cup and lightly brush wrapper with oil. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees until golden. Remove wrappers from muffin tins and transfer to baking sheet. (Wrappers can be baked early in the day.) Fill wrappers with sausage mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees, or until bubbly and heated through. Serve immediately.
