     Venison Marinade

Category   Sauces
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
Soy Sauce - 1/3 cup
A-1 Steak Sauce (hot) - 1 to 2 tablespoons
Worchestershire sauce - 7 shakes
Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Frank's Red Hot sauce - 4 shakes
Water - 1 cup
Bacon slices

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except for bacon in a large mixing bowl. Put venison steak/tenderloins into a large freezer bag and pour marinade into bag. Squeeze bag several times to ensure that meat is covered thoroughly. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Remove steaks from marinade prior to grilling and wrap each steak with 1/2 slice of bacon. Place on hot grill. Turn steaks after 3-5 minutes and cook for additional 2-3 minutes.
Be careful not to overcook steak, which will make them tough. The meat should be slightly pink in the middle, but not bloody.
