Mix sour cream, sugar, flour, egg, vanilla, rum extract and salt together in mixing bowl. Fold in sliced apples.
Pour into prebaked shell
Bake for 25 minutes.
For Streusel Topping: Combine all streusel ingredients and mix till crumbly. Remove from oven (after 25 minutes) and cover with topping. Return to oven for another 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
