     Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients
Pie Filling
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar (more if apples are very tart)
2 Tbsp flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp rum extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups Granny Smith apples, sliced
 
1 pie shell, prebaked
Streusel topping
2 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of netmeg

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix sour cream, sugar, flour, egg, vanilla, rum extract and salt together in mixing bowl. Fold in sliced apples. Pour into prebaked shell
Bake for 25 minutes.
For Streusel Topping: Combine all streusel ingredients and mix till crumbly. Remove from oven (after 25 minutes) and cover with topping. Return to oven for another 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
