     Cookies & Creme Cake

1 package of Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe White Cake Mix
3 Large Egg Whites
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 cup of OREOS or creme filled sandwhich cookies, coarsely chopped
1 tub of Duncan Hines Creamy Homestyle Buttercream Frosting
Addtional cookies (optional)
cheese grater or strainer (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees. Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
Combine cake mix, egg whites, water and oil in a large mixing bowl, Beat at a low speed with an electric mixer until moistened. Beat at a medium speed for about 2 minutes. Fold in 1 cup of cookies. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and comes out clean. Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove from pans and start frosting when cakes are completely cool.
Fill and frost cake with frosting. Garnish with addtional cookies, if desired How to Frost Cake: Take one cake and frost entirely, stack the other cake on the base cake and frost entirely for double layered effect. Take a Oreo or creme filled sandwhich cookie and with a strainer or cheese grater and start to shave some of the cookie over the top of the cake for the final touch! enjoy!
