1- 2 lb Pork (I use pork steak) cubed

Season up pork w/ flour, garlic, salt,pepper
|
|
shake off excess flour and saute in hot oil.

|
Put in pot.
|

In forementioned skillet ad, lg coarse chopped onion
|
|
& saute till limp, add to meat - then deglaze pan and
|
|
to pot. Cover w/water, add 3 ckn boullion cubes,
|
|
5 lg.(canned) green chilis, big chunks. Simmer till
|
|
meat is tndr.
|
|
|
|
Add:1 lg potato cubed, 1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen grn bns
|
|
Cook till done.
